1.Only meetups available.
2.Meetups strictly to my convenience only.
3.Trades are available
4.If you initiated the trade , you have to come to my convenience :)
5.No handphone , no deal .
6.No backouts in the last minute or you will get blacklisted.
7.Cash deals only.
8.This is only for everyone living in SG.
9.Please check your items before you leave.
10.Please be patient for my replies.I will reply you within 1-2days :)
11.Bidding is required if more than 1 person is interested in the item(s)
12.The item goes to the person who bids the most.
13.I will send you a confirmation mail and no backing out after that mail .
14.Reservation is up for only 3 days .
15.Most of the items here are negotiable , so dont be shy . Just ask me :)
16.Please be punctual for the meetup . Every 10mins late , I will charge you $1 . I will only wait for you for approximately 30mins .

19.Meetups only on weekends because im not very free on weekdays due to school .
